  • How do I get started?
    Easy! Drop me a line here, and I will be in touch with getting a meeting setup to get to know your business, discuss your vision and chat about our next steps.
  • Do you charge a maintenance fee or a one-time fee?
    No, you will not have any maintenance fees from Mad Cook Media. All branding, marketing and website designs are one-time investments. However, if you're interested in website maintenance on a routine basis, we can discuss in more depth. For your website, you will be responsible for paying a maintenance fee to Wix to host your site, your custom domain fee and any other Wix/third party apps or features you're subscribed to.
  • What should I have ready before we start?
    For a website design, you should have the following: High-resolution images for throughout your website Copy or written content for each landing page High-resolution logo (if you have one) Note: If you don't have any of these items, no sweat! We offer stock images and copywriting for an additional cost. We also have branding packages available to design the perfect logo for your company. For a branding project, you should have the following: Big ideas! A general direction or feeling of what you want your logo/brand to embody
  • How long will the process take?
    Depending on the size and scale of the project, you can expect us to work together anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
  • How do payments work?
    Before we begin the project, 50% of the estimated total is due and is non-refundable.
